About Me
I've been exploring holistic approaches to health and wellness since 2002 when I underwent a seven-year health crisis that the traditional medical establishment wasn't able to treat. (Or was only willing to treat with pharmaceuticals that have very dangerous side effects.) In that time, I've tried about every health supplement on the market and discovered some amazingly effective alternative health treatments and resources located right here in the Tampa Bay area. When not strolling through the aisles of my local healthfood store trying out tasty new treats, I work as a technical communications specialist/grant writer for a Bay area company.
