  1. This blog site is so cool. How can it be free?

  3. Can I have a different domain name for my blog instead of www.yourlocalblog.com/blogname?
    If you already have a domain name for your blog you should create a redirect that points to http://www.yourlocalblog.com/blogname in the account where your domain name is registered.

  4. Can I setup my blog to automatically email my readers my new posts?
    Yes you can. Every blog comes standard with RSS feeds (real simple syndication) built in, so when your readers click on the "site feed" link in your blog, they subscribe to your blog. But many people don’t understand what RSS is or how to use it, so if you upgrade to a Plus or Premium blog, you can easily add an email subscription link to the sidebar of your blog (using the Google Feedburner Email Subscription widget). So your readers just enter their email address to subscribe and from then on, when you write a new entry into your blog, the entire posting gets delivered right to your subscribers’ inboxes!

  5. What is the Friends Feed feature?
    The Friends Feed is a cool way to keep up with all your favorite bloggers in your community (or beyond). Just click the link and you’ll see all the latest posts from all your friends in the community. To add a blogger to your Friends Feed, just add the blogger as a friend in your blog account.   6. Can I remove the ads at the top of the free blogs?
    If you upgrade to a Plus or Premium blog, the ads are removed from your blog. In fact, you can use this space to advertise your own offers by uploading a coupon or ad.
