It's been a while since anything too exciting has happened with Nature Dome, but some things are developing again.

Just got the whole social networking thing connected up last night. Now the blog posts will be visible on the Facebook fan page (http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/pages/Nature-Dome/181241580000), on the Twitter feed (http://twitter.com/NatureDomer) and even on my LinkedIn page.

I've got some work to do on pretty much all those areas, and a big announcement coming very soon, so stay tuned.

Had a brainstorm recently to give out Nature Dome bonus cards with Halloween traets this year. Got some friends and coworkers to help out and, if all went well with everyone, distributed 250 or more cards with a note to check out the website.

Looking forward to seeing how this micro-marketing campaign works out. It might be the start of some new tactics in general.

Had a disappointing time with the Nature Dome quiz last time around. Tried to get people to answer anyway they wanted in order to earn a free deck of Nature Dome Mammals. Didn't have much of a turnout, so I started wondering: if I can't give these things away, how am I ever going to get anyone to buy them?

But I have some talented friends that are helping out with some upgrades and new things that might make a ripple . . .

Headed out to a few game gatherings in the next week to spread the word and get my game on. I'll have fn, at least, but hopefully it'll turn up a good connection, too. Still looking for that passionate evangelist for the game that I don't seem to have time to be.
